Luka Ayock Nelson

Managing Director/CE: Nelson Luka is a Nigerian entrepreneur and the Managing Director/ Chief Executive, Mcnalcoe Global Empire who is leading the team and overseeing the company’s strategic model and operations. 

Nelson is renowned International Trade Specialist with over 19 years of diverse experience in developing and implementing import documentation strategies in Manufacturing and Logistics Industries. 

He served in the managerial capacity with Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc Nigeria and before his arrival to Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc, Nelson headed the Supply Chain department at Builders Home Store Nigeria where he successfully created and implemented policies that assisted the company’s growth. 

Nelson graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria with Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, he is a Certified International Trade Manager (CITM) from International Import-Export Institute, Arizona, United State of America. Also, he is a Certified International Professional Manager (CIPM) from International Professional Managers Association United Kingdom. In 2020, He won the 2020 SERVICE CHAMPION of the year in Dangote Sugar Group.
