Import / Export Documentation & Permit Management

Just a-few importers understand the importance of documentation during import and export activity. Most importers are faced with issues leading to serious demurrage at the point of customs clearance due to documentation error.

We have long noted this error as a BIG RISK and decided to mitigate it by involving ourselves in the documentation process. The import process in Nigeria involves a number of steps. We therefore, lift the documentation burden from clients by involving in the following documentation and permit management.

• Permit Management: All good into Nigeria require permit from SON, NAFDAC etc depending on the import. We therefore, process SON, NAFDAC and other regulatory permits for import activity.
• Pre-Import Documentation: It is regulatory to a FORM M form m before importation. We process your FORM M and Letter of Credit (where necessary to avoid issues) and any other related document for the purpose of your import business.
• Post-Import Documentation: Once cargo leaves, it is expected to begin the process of clearance process. Documents such as SONCAP and PAAR are supposed to be obtained before the arrival of shipment. We ensure this burden is also, lifted from our clients also, taking note of the importance of ensure exchange Control Documents (ECDs) are processed for delivered shipments.
  Export Documentation: We process Form NXP and other relevant documents for your export business.
